I’ve been there. I refused to pay for a fitness program because I already worked out…
But I wasn’t consistent.
I thought I had to lift weights for an hour+ a day to gain muscle mass.
I did the same “go-to” moves every leg/booty day and arm day. (I wasn’t even regularly training my abs or back!)
When I got busy, my hour-long workout was the first thing to go. I didn’t know intense, 20 minute workouts were an option, or the impact a program would have on my journey.
In 2.5 YEARS I didn’t get the results I’ve now gotten in the last 7 months.
