At-Home Workout Equipment Substitutions

At-home workout equipment substitutions:

Weights: Use soup cans, water bottles, laundry detergent bottles or gallon jugs filled with water/sand as weights! If you have a baby/toddler (or even a dog!), use him/her as your weight!

Cardio: Run up and down a flight of stairs for a killer cardio session!

Triceps: Use a chair for tricep dips and/or incline push-ups.

Thighs: Lean against an empty wall for wall sits!

Sliders: Use paper plates or an old t-shirt/towel to slide your feet on a hardwood/smooth floor while doing lunges, ab work, etc.

Thighs/booty: Jump squats and jump lunges use a burst of energy from your thighs/booty without any equipment required!

& obviously don’t forget about your basic bodyweight moves too, like planks, push ups, and sit-ups/crunches!
