Fitness Journey Update

“It’s a gradual process but quitting won’t speed it up.”

My visual results aren’t bad for only 3 months of working out from home, but this program changed me even more mentally.

I showed myself that I can not only workout through the toughest part of the winter, but I can do it for an hour, 6 days a week too! (I literally haven’t been consistent over the winter since playing sports in high school.)

Physically, I feel stronger and healthier. 

I can do some pretty intense ab moves now; I always hated training abs so they’re definitely a weak-spot for me but I’m making so much progress!

My push-up form has improved so much even my husband noticed! (I’m excited to get a video to compare my push-ups the next time my arms aren’t sore)

I can touch my toes easily now (I couldn’t even touch them back in high school when I played sports year-round)!

But my favorite improvement of all? Lifting a two-year-old easily and feeling the strength I’ve developed that’ll help me care for children in the future.
