Fitness accountability buddies

Saturday was the last day of our 80-day long program! We’ve been working out (mostly at-home) 6 days a week, for 40-60 minutes/day.

We loved doing the same workouts as each other every day; it held us super accountable and made the hard days easier!

As excited as I am to finish this program, it doesn’t feel too different because I know I’m only just beginning my long-term fitness journey.

We’ll be doing our next program together too, and because doing it together was so successful for us, we’re opening it up to others! We’ll be doing 40 minutes/day at home, but depending on your time/fitness level you can do 20 minutes/day. I’m super excited for this next program because it’s literally like a dance party with a live DJ!
