Why I Never Reached My Fitness Goals

Despite being athletic, basically having my own personal trainer at my disposal (hello, professional athlete husband), and knowing my way around the gym, I wasn’t reaching my fitness goals.

What I lacked? Consistency.

As soon as I not only made that realization but accepted it, I dove in. I took a hard look at myself to evaluate why I wasn’t sticking to my fitness goals.

The reason? Priority.

Other things always seemed to creep up and take the focus off of my fitness journey. AND I LET THEM.

So I decided not to let them anymore. I’d make the commitment I never had before: make fitness my job.

& luckily, soon after I made this decision, I discovered the opportunity to be a wellness coach, where I make money by following a workout plan, working remotely, and helping other ladies reach their fitness goals.

It was literally a God-send. I get paid to workout and help other ladies who are in the shoes I was just in a year ago!

If this resonates with you, I can help you. I’m hosting a free Facebook group starting Sunday where we’ll cover what we do, how you can do it too, and answer common questions.

Send me a message if you want to join the free group!
